Amidst the challenges of the past year, St. Paul emerges triumphant by expanding the MN Private Yacht Club music festival to a three-day spectacle, solidifying its place as the summer’s most anticipated event.
While its counterpart, Minneapolis, has witnessed the sidelining of music extravaganzas like the Basilica Block Party and Rock the Garden in recent times, St. Paul now proudly hosts the Twin Cities’ most significant and stylish musical gathering of the year. The MYC festival debuted last year amidst uncertainties among civic officials and local businesses, but this year, a renewed sense of enthusiasm permeates the event.
Reflecting on the monumental effort to resurrect last year’s inaugural Minnesota Yacht Club celebration, St. Paul’s Parks and Recreation director, Andy Rodriguez, described the collaborative spirit that drove the event’s success.
