Companies secure deal to reinforce lawful web link along Malaysia-China organization corridor
KUALA LUMPUR: ZHH & Robin LLP China (ZHH) and Mohamed Ridza & Co Malaysia (MRCO) have authorized an arrangement to enhance lawful connection along the China-Malaysia business hallway.
Both celebrations claimed the contract marked a substantial turning point in the critical collaboration between the two prominent law firms. The collaboration builds on years of common trust, friendship and cooperation under the LAWorld global legal alliance, they said in a joint declaration today.
It shows a shared commitment to providing smooth, high-grade legal solutions to customers operating in both jurisdictions, especially considering growing economic connections facilitated by the New International Land-Sea Trade Passage. The partnership also includes launching joint campaigns focused on legal skill development, customer service enhancement, and knowledge exchange.
Additionally, both companies will share office infrastructure and administrative support to enhance operational efficiency and promote a seamless cross-border working environment to meet the demands of regional and multinational clients. As China remains one of Malaysia’s largest trading partners and sources of foreign direct investment, the partnership is well-placed to support clients seeking cross-border opportunities.
MRCO managing partner Mohamed Ridza Mohamed Abdulla said the collaboration reflects the company’s common vision of providing first-rate legal services through innovation, social understanding, and professional excellence. Both companies will also engage in joint marketing initiatives and secondment programs to foster cross-border legal knowledge, said Mohamed Ridza.
In the lead-up to the agreement, ZHH & Robin LLP organized a two-day seminar in Chongqing and Chengdu, China from May 21. The seminar attracted participation from attorneys and business leaders and provided a platform for in-depth discussions on cross-border investment trends, regulatory compliance, and legal risk mitigation strategies in the Asean region. © New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd.
