Aldi Introduces New Own-Brand ‘Chicken Wine’ in a Box – However, Be Quick

Aldi has introduced its own-brand boxed chicken wine for the summer season. Le Petit Poulet Rosé is available in a double-bottle-sized box.

Building on last year’s success, Aldi launched Le Petit Poulet Rosé in a 1.5 L boxed version, offering double the wine. Sam Caporn, Master of Wine, reassures consumers that the cardboard packaging should not deter them: “Historically, lower quality wines were packaged in boxes with the perception that customers sought higher volume at a lower cost – but that’s no longer the case.

The new Le Petit Poulet Rosé boxed wine joins Aldi’s boxed wine lineup, including red, white, and rosé varieties:

    • Cambalala Sauvignon Blanc (£13.99, 2.25 L)
    • Costellore Italian Blush (£13.99, 2.25 L)
    • Kooliburra Shiraz (£13.99, 2.25 L)
    • Costellore Trebbiano Pinot Grigio (£13.99, 2.25 L)

Aldi’s Le Petit Poulet Rosé boxed wine (£12.49, 1.5 L) is now available in stores nationwide from June 22, while supplies last.
